Bigg Boss 17 contestant and social media influencer Anurag Dobhal is about to become a father for the first time. He shared the happy news with his fans by posting a detailed video on his social media account, where he can be seen discovering that his wife Ritika is expecting. The video shows the couple visiting a gynaecologist’s clinic, with Ritika undergoing a few tests after feeling unwell, and Anurag capturing his excitement when the doctor hints at pregnancy.

This will be the couple’s first child. Anurag and Ritika got married on April 30, 2025, in a grand ceremony in their hometown, Dehradun, Uttarakhand. Their lavish wedding was attended by over 500 people, including fellow Bigg Boss 17 contestant Ayesha Khan. For the occasion, Anurag wore a classic ivory sherwani, while Ritika chose a heavily embroidered red lehenga.

Fans had earlier congratulated the couple when Anurag announced his wedding. Anurag and Ritika had been dating for a long time, though he did not reveal Ritika’s name during his appearance on Bigg Boss 17, keeping fans curious. The couple confirmed their relationship publicly only during their engagement on March 5, 2025.
