Sonoco Products and EBG Group expand their presence in Hyderabad with new office facilities and major investment plans.
Two more international companies have strengthened Hyderabad’s position as a growing global business hub. Sonoco Products and EBG Group have officially expanded their operations by setting up new offices in the city.
Sonoco Products, which launched its advanced IT Performance Hub in February this year, has now shifted into a permanent facility in Hyderabad. The company also announced a major expansion plan. Rajeev Ankireddypalli, Vice President and Chief Information Officer, confirmed that Sonoco will establish a Finance Center of Excellence (CoE) in the city, further scaling its India operations.
Meanwhile, the EBG Group, which operates across wellness, mobility, technology, realty, and lifestyle sectors, inaugurated the EBG Powerhouse at the Dallas Center in Hyderabad. The company announced that it will invest USD 7 million (approximately ₹61.6 crore) in the center over the next two years to strengthen its global operations and accelerate innovation.
With these developments, Hyderabad continues to attract multinational companies across tech, manufacturing and lifestyle sectors, reinforcing its reputation as a preferred destination for global investments.
